Anyone know what kind of shifter that is? Only thing worth getting looks to me like the strut bars and shifter. I already have both of these so I won't need them but I'm curious on which shifter that is.

Looks like the RSide basic shifter. The B&M is blue anodized and the RSide advanced has an adjustable stick.

That front strut bar looks like very poor quality. Look closely at the brackets. They look like those cheap $20 bars you see on eBay. Probably very weak.
