My scrap yard called, they came across a car at the auctions for me, its a 97 tib, black, auto 1.8l, hit on the passenger front corner. Im assuming that fender, hood and front clip ar DOA, but he said both doors were still good, so im assuming it was just enough of a hit to blow the bags. I need it for a non-captive rotor swap, some interior peices, and ill take the wheels and tires for my trouble, everything else is getting parted with, oh... and i might borrow some parts for the Accent. So, who needs what? car is being parted in Ontario, Canada, in the GTA, can deliver east of Toronto, Durham area, anything else will be shipped.

 

Find out how much they want for the full car.

You could turn a nice little profit off of it.

I've got a 97 RD1 I'm picking up this weekend, so I get first dibs. LOL I'll need some small interior parts, maybe some other stuff. I REALLY need the shifter surround if it's a manual. I know that for sure. I'll let you know what other parts after this weekend.

 

I need the round plastic cover that screws on the back of the low beam headlight. Lost mine somewhere. Let me know if you can get one or two. Thanks.

 

Does it have fog lights on the car and if so, are they still in tact?

im perdy sure that all 97s came with captive rotors sooo ....... sorry.

i'll take the shift surround, mine broke after i put on redz boots the material was to thick i guess. the plastic that the screws screw into broke off mad.gif

if it has power mirrors i'll take the wiring harness for it.

 

Id like a price on the intake cam possibly so dibs, I have one coming to me but my buddy is looking for one i think. Also, maybe the crank shaft if you decide to part the engine. thanks

 

id like the driver side headlight...if its still there and intact.
