The ones I got on ebay were brighter than the Superbright LED's ones, and cheaper.

Hell, they've lasted 2 years now with no issues?

yah, I bought some of them "super bright" led's for my map light. and its cool looking "blue" but damn I cant see shit with it on.

the idea with this project is to pack alot more LEDs onto a circuit board, rather then 2 inside a small glass cylender.

just make sure the light shines even and not too bright. i'd like white, no colored shiz..eww.
