i'm terribly sorry man. my sister and her boyfriend broke up and it looks like i cannot keep my end of the deal. i hoped for so long that it wouldn't lead up to this but we cannot come up with the payment.

i'm sorry to have made you wait. i was ready to send out the cash, but it was so uncertain and it happened so unexpectably.

if anything changes, i will let you know as soon as i can. she will probably have the money but i don't want to stall you.
