Also, according to RDT for sale rules he should have had a picture of all four coiovers with his screenname and date on a piece of paper, do you still have access to that photo?

For what it's worth, that's still in the 1st post in this thread . . .

i've bought a couple different things from him (emanage, intercooler and piping, injectors, wideband) and he's been thorough in all of those deals, i would think there would be something wrong, i'm doubtful he's just trying to rip you off

Apparently it must of been mishandled by a postal carrier somewhere down the line if he did ship all four. But I don't see why he can't just refund me since this is a lot of money and I can not use 3 coilovers.

All that's missing is one strut. I find it hard to believe that he "stole" one, since all 4 are in the original pic. I believe the PO screwed up and dropped it, then maybe re-wrapped it in the open area.
But good idea on the weight confirmation. That should solve it.

Look at it from his perspective: I sent you all four, and you claim to have only got 3 . . . not my fault or my problem, why should I be out the money AND the one strut (if you pay to send them back)?

It should have been insured since it is not an inexpensive piece of equipment.

As a seller, you should always insure something you ship if you're not willing to eat the loss if something goes wrong. Always.

If the seller won't issue a refund, and it was paid through Paypal, I would start a dispute.

yes he should refund the money at no cost to the consumer, it was his failure to properly package the said item.
And it should have been upon the seller to insure the package or at least ask if the customer wanted insurance.

let us no what that weight was. im curious.
