Yeah it is unfair, you should have specified if you were accepting dibs or not. Now since there was no clarification both my self and capn tibs got the sh*t end of the stick.

I don't have to justify how I sell things here. I have had issue that have been both my fault and the other parties fault. If you don't like it, simply don't post in this thread. Further then that if you have an issue feel free to PM me.

im a friend of yamaha and i do say it was wrong but if he changes his mind on how his for sale thread its on him...but we dont know if this was handle in PM's

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (capn tibs @ Aug 25 2008, 02:26 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>and i have had the low bid on them for three or so days now so please don't f*** it up for me anyone</div>

regardless this is ebay, so anybody can bid on it...so someone not even on the site can out bid you, so for someone to f*** it up, there is no such thing...i hope you get it, just remember it is a public auction

it was sort of bad. yamaha you should have given it to the first person who called it, replied back to him, sold it, done. nothing nobody can do now, and the way you handle business is for you alone, but it would have been better to admit the mistake and still give it to the first person and know that next time you won't make the error. it'll avoid conflicts.

you can buy new eibach springs from many outlets including tirerack. just not the red ones. those are stiffer and i don't think they're available anymore. i heard those nex coilovers were ok. H+R are stiff, B+G springs are special order, lots of options so don't pull your hair buyers smile.gif
