OK so I have 2 58mm bored out oem TBs for sale.
1 with cruise, 1 without cruise.

I'll take the cruise one but I'm not seeing why when I swap in my pully's why it wouldn't make the non-cruise one have cruise.

Yes you just swap your pulleys. Stock bore is 53mm, so these have been bored to 58mm and new butterflys installed. You can't swap pulleys from cruise 2 non-cruise as the shafts are different and cruise has the extra post at the top.
I don't have a pic of these 58mm TB's but here's a pic of a stock TB with cruise so can see what I'm talking about.
