Well it's over half a year since I purchased the vehicle + engine from yamaha but I did receive the latter half this morning. THANKS SEAN! Although it took forever, yamaha did come through and finish the deal.

Thanks everyone who helped me get ahold of him. The delay is shipment of this engine was somewaht justified due to weather and personal issues on yamaha's end but in all reality it could have and should have been taken care of when the car was shipped. The truck driver actually said "why the hell didn't you tell me, I would've just thrown the pallet into the truck with the car.." whoops!

Anyways, yamaha came through. He didn't screw me over. So if he decides to come back and sell anything else of his don't let my bad experience with him sway you.
