Ebay has a 1.8L motor for $565 buy it now. They say it only has 16k on it but one of the runners on the manifold is missing. Is it even a stock manifold???

There arent any runners missing. One runs behind the others.
I always find them cheaper than that locally, so no shipping either.

Is it just me or is that motor missing belts too?
This is kinda new to me but wouldn't there at least be a timing belt on the motor, cuz then it'd be a pain to fix the timing no?
