Yah, they do.

Beta 1 and beta 2 have very very few differences, mainly in the head and intake manifold.

im sorry to butt in, but which engine is an RD1 2.0l? Would it be worth buying K-Spec pistons if you aren't turbo yet?

If you plan on boosting, than there is no point of getting low comp pistons right now. Wait until you boost. N/A cars need high comp pistons for power, boost needs low comp.
