i personally find no problem in this. if people did this for every dumb thing on ebay like a good deal on a ebay CAI then i would find it a problem.

but several people are always looking for harder to find items like that shark spoiler for example

 

This car was for sale for a while now, unless someone bought the spoiler and decided they will re-sell it again..i was looking to buy it but its US only and that was the end for me..

I wish they made one for RD2. I'd have to do alot of work to remove the OEM one and then put the RD1 sharkey spoiler on.
