Ok so i talked to my supplier again about the high heat vinyl that can withstand the temps of the caliper. From what he said there really is no such thing yet (still looking though). Told him about the various companies on the net selling them and said most likely they are using the same vinyl i use for everything and must get lucky that they dont fall off. Im ganna call one of the other places that i purchase vinyl from and ask them to see. i also emailed a company that sells them to ask what they use to see if i can find out if it can withstand that temp or not. Will let you all know what i find out!

It's out there and doesn't fall off.
BTW, Calipers get hot, but not THAT hot. Look at the heat ratings of most of the caliper paints and such.
Why not just email one of the folks making these and ask them "What kind of vinyl do you use for this?" What's it's heat rating?

Oh yea always. Still waitin to hear back from that guy! Startng to wonder if he ganna email back or not. Ill let you know as soon as i hear something

Thats what i did but just havent gotten a response back yet. Fixing to email a few more companies to see if they will bite!

Ok yall.... Here is the latest. 3 out of the 4 places i email said they use the exact same vinyl i use. Said it seems to last very well as long as caliper is extremely clean when its applied. Said it wouldnt survive a autocross race but most everything else should be fine! Im ganna try to get my calipers painted this weekend and when i do ill apply some on mine to see how they work out and let everyone know!
