2MP IS high res for some folks.
Simple solution, they enter their pics into the COTM, if they aren't at the resolution you need, they are disqualified for COTM.

^^ 2MP would have been fine. All I was asking for is bigger then 1600x1200 ~ 1meg JPG. Java had the best by far though... his were 5megabyte JPG files! It's so much nicer working with larger files.
