Bull Terrier Puppies
They are so gorgeous! But I can't have a dog right now.
The price, although expensive, that's what you pay for a pure-bred dog...or cat for that matter. I've always wanted a scottish fold kitten but they go for 1K to 1500 as well.
I have never paid for a cat in my life. With the exception of my little Jimmie. I believe in adopting animals from shelters to give them a second chance. And if need be pay whatever fee they have. Jimmie came from a cat mill and he was in the store the time the hurricane came through a few years back. I stopped by to get crickets and saw him, held him and played with him for a bit. He was so adorable. He was moved back and forth between the 2 stores and months later, there he was and was being sold for $75 instead of the $200 they normally charge. The timing and age was right, I know he's the same kitten. So I bought him b/c it was meant to be. laugh.gif Hubby was mad but now he's over it. But he has a heart condition. Poor lil guy (although he's not that little anymore, 15lbs and 2 years old). I've heard of stories about the conditions the puppies and kittens have when coming from mills. And now I know first hand w/ Jimmie.
Anyhow...enough of the speal...good luck finding a home for your last puppy!

1500 for a cat? man if i wanted to spin something above my head and chuck it that bad, i'd just use a sock and ball. hehe jk sounds like you did your jimmie a real favor. that's great! i bet your husband will start to claim the cat as his own soon. my dad is the same way.
