You can get a pretty good Beta II head for no more than $150 on car-part.com (Beta II head > Beta I head), I'd be surprised if you get more than $100 for it. Might want to say OBO or list a lower price.

Willing to trade for a 1.8 ecu or 1.8 cams provided the tradee pays for shipping.

I'm accepting offers, this head has been laying around for too long now.

Here is some pics of the head and evidence that I own it as suggested to provide by Ericy:

I ussually trade on dsmtalk.com where I have 14 transactions with 100% positive feedback. I dont usually use ebay because they never have any parts I need that I cant get locally for cheaper because shipping is so much.

Well they share alot of engineering it seems. I love my tiburon, it out handles alot of other cars. Its also light, if I ever get competent enough to, I would like to convert my tiburon to rwd with a 4g63 and a gm transmission and ford rear end. Thats down the road for sure.

I do need a complete head for head work.

Look at my FS threads man, see if there is anything you need. I'd rather trade than buy.

beta I is from 96 elantra to 01 tiburon and all inbetween 1.8 or 2.0 all MAF based and bosch systems

beta II is from 01 elantra-03 elantra and some very early 03 tiburons (except in cali where in very late 03 they came with cvvt) these are MAP based and use the siemes system

beta II cvvt is from 04 elantra and up and 03 tiburon and up and are MAF based and use siemens system.

beta III cvvt is in the newer 07 elantras (including the elantra touring) maf based siemens based with no power steering.

if this is still an option i have somebody who is looking for a head!!!
