REDZMAN- You have dibs on the kit. It fits behind the factory opening and I had a pioneer HU in there and it folded down w/o trouble and the trim ring fit in there too.

pbdude23- Redz has first dibs on the kit but if he passes on it I'll do $80 shipped.
