id say she only has to pay 120 plus shipping. she called dibs, thats the price you posted.

i think the only time you can let people outbid each other is if you put "XX.XXdollars OBO". even then though, you cant let the offers go above your asking price, and i also think the first person to make an offer should be able to get the product if higher offers are made.

thats just my .02

UPDATE: this top pic is prolly the right part # for the shark spoiler

This one is probably just for the FX Spoiler. Again CONSULT YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP FOR MORE INFORMATION

Consult your local hyundai dealer. The right thing to do is sell the spoiler to Tibbychick, since she helped you out already.

But "first dibs" mean dick in the real world, it is going to be a matter of ethics. I'm not going to go into some big bidding war http://www.hyundaiusa.com sells the damn things and 220, 250, etc for a used stock spoiler = gh3y

It is true, dibs doesn't mean anything in the real world. However, online is a little different. Everyone is in different time zones, so direct contact is not always possible. Calling dibs means you are interested and that person should get back to you first. I am glad you pointed out that they are available directly from H. I may get one for mine.

That may or may not be the correct part number. there are like 2 seperate listings, each of them has a different part # when you go the hyundai website... sign up, and open up the parts extranet.. i used a Fedora machine running XFree86 as an example just to prove a point. ANYONE WITH ANY KIND OF COMPUTER CAN GET ONLINE AND DO THIS. it's much easier and much faster and more cost efficient to do it this way.. paying 250$ for a used spoiler that has to be painted anyway, plus shipping is silly. The best part is.. grab the part # and go to the dealership buy one, paint it done and done. Human Interaction *GASP* haha

i dont know where you people are gettin the prices for the spoiler, but i checked on the hyundai website and with the dealer, and the spoiler is over 400$ and there is no way i can spend that much on a spoiler....
