Ok, the engine has 114 k miles, do yall think it would be smart to just get a used low mile engine as well as the trans. Im going to have to call the guy that was gonna do the work, he had the lift and looked at it for me, i needd to ask what all was wrong exactly, and waht parts ill need. Thats the first step, the thing is when i was gonna swap engines i wanted to have a painter ready so i could paint the engine bay so forth. So thats my plan so far, please comment is anyone knows of a easier way i can accomplish this task. Thnks

 

I just saw an engine/tranny combo on ebay. Dont' remember the milage on it though. If you are going to do this, you should start a new thread.
