what excatly does it look like with the name on the sleeve? does anyone have a pic to show please?

 

I was thinking something like this...



on the left sleeve near the cuff. I'd pick the best color of lettering to show up on the color shirt selected... unless you're a weirdo and want black on black or something. In that case, just drop me an email. Some names are pretty long with numbers and underscores and stuff, so I'll adjust the width and kerning of the letters accordingly so nobody's name is too small.
