hi, i post mostly on newtiburon.com,cause own a gk tib, but i happen to have one spare stainless steel head spacer , 2mm in width, i guess someone would want it , cause it's not so hard CR drop as 3mm one, i have the second installed in my engine and it proves to be reliable, so now i can offer this to you. i can offer it for 160 shipped, promotional price to test and recommend to other, other ones will cost 180 shipped.it had the lightest bend on it that we fixed a bit, but it should not have any problems upon installing. if it works out, i'll be able to offer ANY specific thickness you need.

Sounds like it drops compression.

itll drop compression.. and it should drop it to about 9.2:1 or so i would say..

3mm drops it too 8.5:1
stock is 10.3:1

in theory it would drop .66 every mm.

i would get this, but it sounds like these are being made custom, thus having a program to run it on a CNC or whatnot.. if this is true, then its not worth 160shipped, because it can easily be made on a cnc, and its not much material.. i am glad someone is helping out the tib community and all, but the only reason people paid 300$ for the others cuz that was all there was to get..

i need a spacer of about this size to lower my compression a bit.. i would probably want a 1.5mm spacer because with the 2nd head gasket taken into effect it may be up around 9.5-9.6:1 with the 1.5mm spacer. ill have to do some calculations and see what the stock gasket thickness is.

you will need the two gaskets with this spacer also...

anyway, yeah my dad could probably make me one, but i was just giving my opinion, and saying that if it was CNC'd and had a program to run it, its not worth that much $$$..

right but your math would be wrong bc you have to add in that extra .6mm to this decomp plate. it would make it around .55mm per 1 drop in comp.

but i guess that wouldnt really matter when speaking directly about plates that need stock gaskets on either side, so nvm. or would it...i dont know.

no, im right. this would be right around 9.04, not 9.2.
