I have a custom-built 200 amp alternator with external regulator for a beta 2.0 engine for sale. It was installed on my 2000 tiburon for close to a year and is in perfect condition.
I'm being deployed to Iraq for at least a year so I need to sale my tiburon and everything in it.
I'm asking $200 firm for the alternator and regulator. I'll even supply the new belt needed.

I am a moderator at HP.com so if you need references, thats the place.

note: minor modification of the stock tensioner is need through the use of a bolt and a couple nuts. No cutting or welding is needed. I'll throw in the nuts and bolt.

Serious Inquiries only.
Post here or email me at frozenfoodman@yahoo.com if interested.

Pics will be posted soon.

No offence man, I still really don't understand why you are selling the car just because you deploy. The military will PAY for it to be put into covered monitored storage where it will get started and everything.

That may hold true for the Army but the Marine Corps does no such thing.
They will not pay for any storage for any of my personal items. I'm selling the car because I will not be able
to afford the notes on the pay I will be making.

Ohhhh, Reservist?

You do know about the Soldiers and Sailors Relief act right???

You may want to talk about someone about that man, you can get all of your interest rates dropped to 6% for the entire deployment.

Yeah..I'm doing that for my credit cards but I'll have no need for my car since I'll be gone for at least a year.

Doode, seriously, think about it. You can get the interest rate on that dropped to 6% too, refinance it at a lower monthly payment, then pay the hell out of it. With all the extra's they are payin over there now, you'd have it paid off when you get back. Mine was in storage for 18 months.
