Well you Tony, and George get free kits for all the help you guys game me on my HUGE swap. So you CAN steal em, But you could also have me install a set for no charge

UPDATE:

It rained FVCKING BALLS today so I couldn't get as far as I wanted with the video. So far I only got dash removal and disassembly. But Here is another lil sneek peak.
Old vs. New

HYBRID COLOR (just for a test I used a hollow rod)

I spent a couple hundred bux today and got some new power tools. I used em to make these molds as well.

THIS IS YOUR HALO...

THIS IS YOUR HALO ON DRUGS

More tomorrow.

Still deciding, but I got a question. How long and difficult is it to install?

Wow, pretty good all the way down. The cuts in the halo even look pretty ... even. Are you cutting THEN bending? I'd think if you made a jig you could get them perfectly lined up on each set.

On the molds that you made, looks like the one on the right isn't round, looks oblong.

What the heasy happened to the one on drugs?

How big is the area with the electrical tape? You may want to go with heat shrink tubing here instead, would prolly look a bit nicer and be more permanant, but still take-off-able.

The Hybrid ones look awesome, we GOTS to figure a way to do the fade from blue to red for AC/Heat mang, that would look so BAAD!

Try a variable resistor, you may need two. Unless they make one that can dimmer one led and brigten the other. Then just hook it up to the temp control.

Definitely don't worry about the cuts in the halo. Aside from the fact that they are tucked way behind the vents. I still haven't got my little lab all done. So tomorrow I'll be spending a good 6 hours or so on that. Everything, like electrical tape, uneven cuts, mounting, all will be set up for the final kits. I already got the heat shrink, the spacing just needs a little turn table that can adjust by clicks (so say 2 or 3 clicks then cut = PERFECT CUTS). The Oblong ones are for your dash silly. Ever looked at em??? not a circle. Doors=circles
Dash=Oblong. And All kits will be supplied with 8 LEDs. My dumb *** was wrong about 4 soo... my loss. No price change. I wasn't paying attention to the "druggy halo" and it over cooked. oops... I want to hear more about that idea with the hot to cold also.

It'd be like having two rheostats(dimmer switch/knob) in one unit. I think they're called variable resistors or potentiometers. I should have one lying around somewhere so I'll experiment with it. They should be relatively cheap.

UPDATE#1000000...I'm a laggin shmuck, lol

I just picked up a spare 2000 dash (I already got a 97) Cost me some cash though...
I'm in the process of finding cheaper parts but for those of you who are really interested I'll pay to get the stuff I can now. So it'll be quicker.

I GOT A SECOND GEN HEADLIGHT!!! Meaning cheaper headlight Halo's for you fellas. Hehe who wants em what color.

I gotta make a wood mold for em and that's easy as hell. Eventually I'd like to make a special cut maker... I guess that's what you'd call it. Anyway I really want to get the cuts PERFECT for you guys so it'll take some good quality work. Oh and I'll be making lights for the door handles like the guy (genius guy that is) on HA did. They'll be hooked up to the door halos and shine light in the handle. It looks awsome. I cant wait to do it to mine! But I got some packing material today. I'll post some pics of a BLUE/WHITE combo ring tonight too. It should look damn good.

Anyway I'm sorry I cant be quicker about all this. I'm sure some of you guys are anxious to get all this stuff. But this stuff will definitely be on my lil Blacktibs.com site when I make it. Just a site for my tib but I'll sell the custom stuff I've made.
