Lets see... first time I went sideways was in my old '94 Caprice Classic. I was 17 at the time having fun driving home from school in the snow for the first time. Few miles down the road I hit a huge patch of ice where snow had drifted across the road. Ended up plowing snow through a field. I still can't believe I made it out without getting stuck especially with bald tires.

Mine was in my 87 caprice classic
I was driving though a really bad storm, lots of hail and rain. The rear slid, aided by a strong gust of wind and I held onto it controlled it through the skid and evetually righted it. Scary as balls but it taught me a lot in those few brief second about control and slide. It wasn't until I got the 944 that I really learned how "properly" handle a car sideways though.

It was my 1978 Chevy Luv 4x4. I was 12. Took some buddies out wheeling and on the way back in the gravel they talked me into doing a doughnut. It was so much fun the rest of the way home was a rally stage.
