My buddy and I are having a disagreement. Dude doesn't know sh*t about his car. Says it's RWD stock.

Guessing if he doesn't know he has a fwd, then he can't drive to save his life. From my experience anyway, most that don't know their own car, can't make the car perform to their peak.

I can't think of a situation where the Tiburon would win on a race track of any kind. Possibly rally, as both would suck stock. Or ice racing for the same reason.
