hmmm bad beat i would say was my old car. i had an 01 Eclipse Spider and lost to a 98 Acura TI. Wasnt even a close race.
Best beat was with my Tib i got now against an Honda Civic Si. Buddy of mine had the Civic but he wasnt a very good driver. It was a standard and he just learned how to drive it. But the civic was a bad ass car. I should've lost hands down. But i didnt

I was not in this race but a few years back at newengland dragway I saw little ford festia run up on a mid 90's corvette and the ford beat him pretty good. Soon to find out the ford was packing a turbo motor in it. It ran a high 13 sec pass. Def would not see that thing coming.lol. I think the guy with the vette left the car by the dumpster at the track.lol.

That is simple he was driving an Isuzu IMPULSE R/S edition. Turbocharged, awd, and suspension tuned by lotus. Plus he probably upgraded to a bigger turbo and could push out well over 400hp if done properly. I keep looking for one to come available but they are rare in the USA and very hard to find in good shape!

Pretty sure it was a replicar, but still killer.
I shocked a dude in an R32 Skyline a few years ago in Daytona. (heyday of the 944)

Worst loss ever back in the NA days was a Civic EX, i still cannot figure out what the hell happened. No turbo or nothin, he just pulled me on the motor, and i had every bolt on you could think of
Recently beat...ion redline (from the line), turbo 93 saab, v6 mustang (lol) and a c3 vette. out of all 4 the c3 was the only one who stayed with me for a few gears.
There one guy i always see around here in a talon tsi, i'm curious to see that outcome
