Default What would be your Road Rally car of choice?

What sort of car would you choose to run events like the Targa Newfoundland and the Targa Tasmania(and other rallies)?

-Unlimited budget
-Any age
-Must seat at least two

You must consider reliability, how easy it is to drive, and how hard it would be to fix if you crashed it up.

I would drive either one of these 2

The Stratos is indeed pure sex! But I would still have go with either of these:

Porsche 959 Rally:

The Pike's Peak Escudo:

(yeah it's old and cliche, but it's a damn sexy shopping cart if I do say so)

Though if someone took a Reliant Robin and turned it into a rally car he would have the largest set of any man ever. And for that my infinite respect!

SEAT Cordoba WRC 1998

It had a steering column design flaw preventing it from being ultra-fast, but it's a beautiful classic and reliability is great.
