At the track or auto-x events? Ive been seeing alot of people lately just use the rim and tires they showed up with on their cars already. Only the crazy insane hp builds have different ones to change into once they get there.

 

I run Falken Azenis RT-615k's for autox events, and the one lapping day I did. The lapping day basically destroyed them, but they hold up great at autox events and do okay for street tires. I would choose a different tire if I wanted to do lapping days on a street tire, and I would choose different tires for autox also if the tires I like better came in the correct sizes for my Accent.



I would say at the autox events I go to 75% or so of people show up and switch to R-comps.

 

I run 215/45-R17 Hankook RS-3's on the Civic.

I use Azenis RT-615k for everything, next I think I'll try Kumho Ecsta XS.
