will running slicks at the track hurt my stock axels any? i have heard from alot of people that sometimes axels can snap from having slicks on.

If you have a monster clutch and good slicks.. yep. It could happen. However, I think more than a few people have put decent amount of power through stock axles without an issue.

I know a bolt on beta swapped accent that snapped an axle You never know if it was made on the first monday after a world cup or something..

*Note: my bolt on beta never snapped an axle, a boot being torn and lack of grease killed it. Not very impressive... but somewhat cheap to fix.
