So me and a couple buddies went to infineon Raceway for Wednesday Night Drag. This was our first time at the track. We went sorta late so we only had one run to see wat we could run. and the second one was the bracket.
1st run i just steppe on the gas, as u can see i goes thump haha. od on, ECT on
2nd run i accelerated it up to 2000rpm while on brake launched it. od off, ECt on
It seems that when im in 3rd gear, the car stop picking up. If you watch the vid you see what im talkin about
Automatic . YES AUTOMATIC 1.8l Rev'A around 91k miles
Removed- Spare tire, Spare tire cover, hatch cover, lower back seat, upper backseat, Sub Amp, Misc. items
So.
1st ran 17.636
2nd ran 17.343
Slips.

1st car was an Audi S4 bi turbo v6 i think
2nd car was an SRT4 with pink wheels. She can bracket pretty dam good.
yea, automatic is taking a toll on my car. If i only had manual.

dude something is f*cking wrong with your third gear. you can hear it from the inside video and you can see it from the bench cam. mine is an automatic and it flies once it gets up to third. you got pwned by that audi, he probably did the clutch drop or something...
17 is supposed to be a stock time. what kind of mods do you have? you should at least be in the 16's, high 15's with all that sh*t you took out. OdessitPashka got a 15.1 but he had a stick. you should at least have jumped him from the start. tiburons can jump V6's by two car lenghts before they catch up.

Amazing how much faster I pull through gears.

i don't know what it could be. what do you think is the problem?
you should get that fixed. the car looks like it's taking its time. i know for a fact you should Pwn most of those cars first and second gear. you might want to get your engine flushed out from carbon buildup...
do you think it's the evap? it looks like it's running rich on default or something. i don't know if you saw this, but i made this and it's been approved by me just in case you didn't see:
