Well this weekend my Dad is lending me his XG 300. Tonight (friday) I raced a Cavalier z24 and a VW jetta ! On the autoroute at around midnight (no cars on the autoroute) I REALLY whooped their butts ! I was in 4th gear and really bugging the guy in the Jetta I was pressing the gas and letting go. He didn't really like that so...... I floored it and took off. That damn Hyundai has POWER ! When I took off after them from the Green light to the autoroute I floored it and with the TCS I jammed right in the Seat! The car didn't even spin ! So anyway's I'm all excited cause I haven't raced with a car with that much power. By the way , I told my Dad and he told me not to race TOO often ! My dad has to be really confident to lend me his car. So that 's my racing story ! And I got pics of my accent but the pics that I took while installing my mesh grill didn't come out really good ! I really suck at taking pictures !

my dad is about to get a 2k1 elantra. all leather. i was like cool dad. he used to want a honda i convinced him otherwise. i will race him with my GSi when he gets it but he will wuss out i know him too well. i was trying to get the xg300 like your talking about they really have that much power?

 

Well to me, I would say yes. When you drive an Accent and then hop in a XG300 you really do feel the difference. The thing accelerates up to 200 in a surprising time. Has good handling too. All in All, it's another good hyundai !
