Also a friend of mine has the same Civic. We ran at the strip, he got 17.3,(manual & with a CAI), I got 15.399(manual & injen cai, headers, exhaust,flywheel, pullies,nobackseats) in my old tib. They are slow car's if they arn't tuned.

i think they're 2001-2002 models, slow indeed. gotta watch out for the 1999-2000 SiR's those are pretty quick.

Civics are fairly restrictive stock on the intake and exhaust sides, yet the engine itself is fairly well constructed. Thats why most all of Honda blocks get decent gains N/A.
