Well I took the wagon back to the strip on Friday, and I ran my personal best in the car to date. The time was a 11.59@125.
Here is the Video
The car was spinning 1-2 on every pass, the track prep was $hit. I have a couple things I'm changing as far as boost control and suspension is concerned to try and plant the car the best I can.

edit: thats a pretty big improvement! 11.9 before.
btw, looks like you were right, you get more power when the rods are inside the block!
