I am not a NASCAR fan, though I have heard of Tony Stewart. Pretty crazy... stupid kid should have stayed in his car, though it looks to me that Tony could have done more to avoid him. Apparently the police are investigating though no charges have been filed.

If you don't want to be run over by a car, don't go in the street track on foot and dart out in the path of a car?
In closed-wheel NASCAR, it's not unheard-of for a driver to walk out onto the track and bang an opponent's car. In open-wheel racing, if you are close enough to bang on the driver's compartment, you are going to be run over by the rear wheel.

Seems like both had tempers and they both got screwed. The kid shouldn't have gotten out of his car and approached a moving vehicle, or one with a crazy tempered driver. And Tony is known for being a prick, so all that attitude has finally caught up to him. I'm sure he saw the kid and he should have stopped the vehicle. I hope he gets manslaughter.
