My first lapping day
ll just thinking about it, Autocross you have to throw the car around and probably would have to deal with alot more understeer.
Also if we go in September try to get in on a date after 14th, As i wont be able to go untill after that!!!!

Autocross experience helped a lot. The magnitude of corners and the speeds involved are pretty similar. Banking took some getting use to. Honestly for me anyways autox is a lot harder to do well. I spend entirely too much time trying to figure out where to go instead of working on my line. Plus instead of being on course for 2 hours in a day with autox you're on course for a total of 3-5 minutes total per event.

Cool video (third one). It looks like you're going soooo fast in the first 2, but then it looks a bit slower in the 3rd. What speeds did you generally run?
Also really cool to see the Mazda and the 350Z in front - man were they a long ways off! Incredible that you caught them. Did the Bimmer behind you ever catch you or make ground on you?

Yeah, I am really glad Shraye took that video. It's really nice to have the inside and outside view from that run. Might have to splice something together.
I hit right about 70 by the end of the straight. In the slowest corners I would dip down to 25 or 30.
The guy in the Bimmer didn't gain or lose any noticeable ground, he was pretty much pacing me. That guy was pretty cool. He works for Turn 10, the Makers of the Forza Motorsports series of games.
