A race or a drag when you pulled up at the light, you thought to yourself "Let me have some fun with this fool" Only for the other guy to turn it around a make you look like the fool once it was over.

I will admit mines. Last year I lost to an older model accord automatic. i acutally couldn't sleep for two day because of that sad.gif

one time i pulled up next to a chevy blazer with a girl driving it. when i looked over in the passenger seat my friend from school was in the seat so i started reving my engine. the girl didnt want to race me at first but then she started reving back. when the light turned green i floored it but got smoked sad.gif i might have caught up but she stoped at 45mph. i never heard the end of it from my friend. he thinks his focus is the ****, i will show him oneday, haha

Actually... I "almost" lost to a 2001 Galant [v6] model. I got ahead of him, and slowly started to pull closer to me, ever so slowly.... if he had an extra 3 miles, he woulda beat me... but my turn was coming up, so I slowed down, turned on my turn signals, and beeped him as he went by with my "thumbs up" smile.gif

One time I stalled... smile.gif LMAO!! I still never hear the end of that one. I was at the light with a friend I work with... light turned green, engine turned off...

Funny, I never was great at typing smile.gif Stalling at the light was bad. wink.gif Need I ask did you beat the supra?

 

Mine had to be the time I busted one of the connectors on my intake at carlsbad Dragway. I manged to limp down the track to a blistering 27.17 1/8 mile time.... they didn't even record my 1/4 mile time as it was too slow/took too long!

I found out later people in the fans were cheering for me to beat the Slowmaro in the lane next to me...and all were dissapointed/laughed at my dismal performance...

 

Nope, Supra kicked my ass.... and yes, stalling at the light was bad, and will never happen again... believe me.

 

I would have to say all three times I lost to three diff SHO's in three diff cars. It's like my arch nemesis or something. I came close once in my Civic. But that was only because it was uphill and he had an auto. I still lost but he was impressed that I kept up. I havn't raced one in my tib yet so i'll save that for some day. My brothers IS300 got beat by one and I also lost in my mom's Solara. It sux. I wanna win.

 

I guess my worst was when I got beat by an old lady in a Cadi. We were at the light and she looked at me and inched forward and then BOOM! she floored it and was gone. Left me there in my self-pity. So yes, I lost to a Grandma.

1FSTSHRK- Are you talking about the Ford Taurus SHO? If you are, the Tibby can take it. I did at least. Some Homey-G funk in his pimped out black SHO tried to race me and I kicked his arse.

The only races I lost too were Random that one night and that mustang saleen? running nos at the track at carlsbad. It seams like the times when someone revs on me is when the wife is in the car. Then all you married folk know how it goes from there. But when I do race I know when I am out classed or you get that feeling. You all just wait until winter next year. I will leave it at that.

Yea that's what i'm talkin about but I would have to say there is no way in hell a tibby can take it. Let's do a little if a=b and b=c than a=c. MY brother's IS can whoop my tibs ass. A SHO can whoop my brother's IS. Therefore a SHO can whoop a tobby's ass. Your talkin about at least double the HP and engine size. The only way your gonna beat one is if he isn't trying. SHO's are rated at 205 HP at the wheel and 192 TQ. And that's the V6. I'm not sure about the V8. Sorry man but he wasn't trying.
