thanks to groupon i got to drive 3 laps in a 360 modena on a autocross course! it was pretty cool! definatly worth the $99!



i never imagined the gas pedal was THAT touchy! it was left in auto mode the whole time and the rev's were capped @ 6,500 instead of the usual 8,500-... but that meant nothing on the tight course. i couldn't tell you my top speed or give you any times, but definately something i can cross off my bucket list.



i'll have to get the tib on a course soon!

 

$99 to drive a Ferrari? Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me!

the 360 is sexy. i love the F355 but the F360 is just gorgeous, perfect. dare i say it almost has the lines similar to an RD1.



it's a good way to do a charity event too.

 

But does it do a good skid?

 

i do have video-... it's on the gf's phone. no pics of me driving due to uhhh ehhhh she was already recording w/ the phone. i need to motivate her to upload that.



hkc you've got good taste-... 355, 360, the new califonia, and 430 to me are the best looking ferraris ever-... most of the others look too aero-happy and they don't share the timeless finesse the above models have. my gf said the same thing about loooking like a tib from a rear-side 3/4 view. the wide hips and the side windows @ least-... if only the tibs were mid-engined... sigh

 

I almost instructed at one of those events, but I had plans that day.
