are those custom fabbed lips on those bumpers? That widebody kit kinda makes it look like a celica.

What all have you done with your cams? Looks like a lot of work, especially with the gear end of it.
And what's your suspension setup? Sounds like i need to find the specs on your car...

Yes it is an ITB setup and that is exactly how it SHOULD be set up. If the ITBs were anywhere near affordable I would build an NA tib.
