Genesis versus Evo 9
How would a Genesis do in a race against a stock Evo 9? I dont think the 2.0's would come close to beating it unless it was modded out quite a bit, but would a 3.8 be able to hang pretty easily with a stock Evo?
didn't the Evo IX come with ~280hp?
I would guess an AWD Evo with a bigger turbo would easily beat a stock 200hp Genesis. Modified with an Evo Turbo, the Genesis can put down bigger numbers.
The 3.8 should be able to take an Evo, with minor mods. I've heard great kill stories from the V6 owners.

(around VIR)
+ LL1: 2010 Volkswagen GTI > 3:19.3
+ LL1: 2009 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works > 3:17.1
+ LL1: 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX > 3:16.6
+ LL1: 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 > 3:16.2
+ LL1: 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 > 3:14.8
+ LL1: 2010 Ford Mustang GT > 3:13.3
Evo clocked 3:13s but on another day. Not sure how the weather compared between the two.
RWD > FWD
Straight line? It would come down to driver between them IMO. The AWD could get into trouble if they are to nice to the clutch.. the N/a v6 would have an edge on two "eh" drivers IMO.
