Well I just found out that my school is close to a drag strip...1/8 mile

So I went tonight and for my first time I dont (think) I did to bad.

Reaction-.1645
60ft-2.3
330ft-6.86
1/8-10.56
1/8 mph-65.77

I figured that was ok since a S2000 hit like 9.8 and a GK Tiburon Hit 9.9 with 35 shot of nitrous, NOS kit

I know I can do better I am spining like crazy off the line...then I let it out easy and hit 10.5 with no pre-burnout

I got called a God Damn Ricer by some rich 19 year old kid with 10k under the hood of his Evo...racing vettes
I hate that shit....he didnt say it to my face I just heard it driving by...I dont understand I beat everyone of his buddys times except the S2000 and the STi...I killed all the others...his friends high 90's VTEC Hatch didnt even get in the 10s..but he runs his mouth.

So is 10.5 ok is the 1/8th

Decent time, nice 60ft. I have an automatic with a CAI and I get 11.2.

i just brought the tib to the track for my 1st time also. my 1/8th mile wasnt bad, but my heavy ass 25 pound 17's and bald tires didnt help much.

ive been told my time is pretty good, but i can definitly do alot better.

What have you done to the car?

10.5 I guess is mid 16?

Really depends on elevation, although times should be relatively good this time of year, really shouldnt have any problems hooking up on any track, even cold asphault, with a slower car like the Tib.

Your 60 foot time is average so I'd assume thats about how good the car can run. The moment you feel the car starting to spin, let off the gas a little bit till it goes away, then get back on it. You can probably get into the 2.2ish 60 foot realm with a little touch.
