Nice vid. I am an avid "rally fan" . That vid shows some pretty amazing crashes. IMHO, Rally drivers are the best in the world. The have to drive on different surfaces, with changing weather conditions, road hazards, you name it, fog,snow,rain,darkness,mud,dirt,pavement etc. Those crashes are usually a result of a minor mistake at high speeds, turning into a major iccident.

UGH, page down, will have to check it later. I have seen some pretty good ones too. One of the first gen Hyundai Rally cars had a good on a couple years back, ended up off the road on its top. The guys were banged up but walked away from it which is always a good thing. laugh.gif

 

Anybody remember Group B rallying? The Porsche 959. Lancia Delta S4, and such.. there was a reason it was banned. Not only did the series end with a rather spectacular crash (and death) in a Delta S4 that went off road and burned to the ground.. but literally the cars were SO fast that the driver's could not see far enough up the road to see what was coming.
