Has anybody ever ran their car in an auto x once with wheel spacers and then once without them, just to see if there was any difference in time? I would think WITH spacers, you would have better times since the wheels are pushed out giving the car more balance around the turns. Am I correct in thinking this? But at the same time, they would also be a weak point of the car too and cause major issues if something happened to the spacers or if if a wheel stud broke.
