Mods?? Looking forward to seeing your slip or at least figuring out your mph and 60' times.
The more you go, the better you will get.
Just out of curiosity, what year civic does your friend have, what engine is swapped into it, and what does he run?

60 foot was a 2.2, cant remember mph off hand. r/t was a .10. not the best of the day, but not too horrible.
mods, AOS intake, fart can, fidanza flywheel, and south bend stage 2 clutch. the rest is suspension.
i also ran my two best times with my heavy ass 24 pound 17's. my best time on my stockers was a full .6 sec's slower. but i think that had to do with the shitty basic tires that were on the rims, they just wouldnt hook up.
went out to the car real quick, heres my slip.
its wierd, i only ran two runs with my 17's, and they were my best two runs, i did like 6 with the stockers, and they were all in the 16's. i guess better tires are still better then rotational mass.
ALL THE PICS I TOOK ARE LOCATED ~HERE~
I ONLY TOOK PICS OF THE CARS THAT WERE WITH MY GROUP.we were lucky enough to have bill hahn, owner of hahn racecraft with us with his 20G powered busa, and his 20G powere sulstice.
