who do you think would win a race between a 2002 eclipse has 200hp VS a 1997 tiburon fx 140hp(both are stock)also take in mind that the new eclipse's are bigger than a tib.

Just by look at the HP ratings...it's a no brainer. But there are many ractors.

 

the 2002 Eclipse is also much heavier. It is a more fair raise that you would imagine.

Bone stock, both 5-speeds, the Eclipse would win in the 1/4 mile, but the tibby might eek ahead in the 0-60 race.

If the Eclipse is an autotragic, then the tibby should win both 0-60 and 1/4 mile.

 

I raced a 00 eclise! hmmm it was on the freeway and the guy was itching for a racing. tailing me and agressively turning. well i can say i handed him is ass. I don't know if it was a v-6 or autotragic, because he was behind me the whole time... sorry that probably didn't help
