Vice episode on government surveillance of citizens

Whether you hate or respect Edward Snowden who is interviewed in this episode the scope encompasses the use of "stingrays" by law enforcement organizations (a newspaper in Oslo obtained equipment to detect "stingrays" and thought it was malfunctioning because it found so many of them.)
Basically if you have a smartphone that isn't running a customized OS designed for security you have paid for an easily exploitable tool for others to watch you.
