Did anyone else watch it? I was going to go out to a bar and see it but decided to say screw it and just ordered it at home.



I was shocked as hell Rousey got knocked out in the 2nd round. Supposedly her jaw is broken in 3 spots according to some reports. The problem I saw is that she tried to go in too hard and act like a boxer, when that's not who she is. Her skills are on the mat making opponents tap out. She should have never tried to go strike for strike against Holms and that's why she was outmatched. Holms is a professional unbeatable boxer. Had Rousey taken her to the ground, she wouldnt have known what to do and Rousey could have won it.



I think she'll get the belt and title back though in the rematch.

Rhonda lost as soon as she refused to tap gloves. She went in angry. Angry fighters only win in the movies.

 

She didnt tap gloves the last 3 fights she was in, and she won.

 

I thought this was it for 18 months so she could be a movie star?

Either way she got what she needed, a good ego check. She became too much of an e-celebrity and got cocky.

 

Those 3 fights were not this fight.
