Hahaha coincidentally I was driving my Tiburon in Chinatown D.C. and I wasn't going fast but in 2nd gear and two cops were crossing, fairly distant in the front. They looked SO pissed off that they stopped in the road thinking I was going to run them over. They were agitated the sight/sound of my car but I flashed my beams at them to keep crossing because I didn't so anything wrong whatsoever...
