I'm gonna wait for the DVD. No way am I paying $10 per person plus other junk to see that movie in a theater.

Is that what tickets cost nowadays? Back in my day they were $4.00. $9.00 is too much so I haven't been to the movies in 6 years.

Yup $9-$10 for a regular ticket, it's horrible really I haven't been to one in a few years either. Not to mention the prices of popcorn and soda are insane.

Im gonna see it at the theater but not opening weekend. Every cop and high school wannabe drifter will be out that night. I'll wait a few weeks before seeing it at a matinee with less people and less costs.

ill be first in line when it comes out

name another automotive related movie thats coming out withing the next 6 months that is better, and ill mail you a dollar. Sure it aint bullitt, but f*ck what more can you ask for, enjoy what you got. hell if it comes out in 3d ill pay the damn premium for it. $13 bux for 2 hours of car related entertainment is f*cking cheap.

so in closing,

f*ck you guys if your opinion mattered at all to me id have 50k in KDM parts that 99% of the world wouldnt notice. ill post from the theater seat during the previews at the same time 80% of you guys are watching the same movie elsewhere, but are ashamed to admit it.

I'm not ashamed of seeing it either, I'm sure it'll be good entertainment. I'm not a fan of the idiot teenagers in the parking lot afterward trying to re-enact it, or how my car qualifies for a lot of extra attention around the time the movie gets out. Every time the previous movies were playing there were several cops in the parking lot giving people a steady stream of tickets as they got on the road. I don't want any part of that.

Hahaha. I want a picture of you in front of the theater room entrance.

hell yeah you know about the Bullitt chase! I am profoundly admiring your references. I totally agree, and while it lasts. there will probably not be a 6th, or anything close to the level of this.

Yeah they are too expensive! $14 for a pair of Colas rip offfff. It's so easy to sneak in your own though. I mean, all you have to have is a coat, a sweater...

I'm gonna see it with some friends opening weekend, but I seriously doubt I'll be taking the tib for these reasons:

  1. Cops meet their monthly quota by ticketing people as they exit the parking lot
  2. High school kids thinking their "mAd tYte jDm yO" minivan and rusted to sh*t civics with wings & altezzas can pull F&F stunts afterwards
  3. MAJOR break in while everyone is inside the theater
  4. Haters gonna hate the KDM, yO!

Just too see if I qualify for the one dollar, just a reminder transformers series is continuing this year, in 3d. Other then that I agree with this statement. 2 hours of autmotive enjoyment on public highways just isn't worth it anymore.
