Default Hot rod closeup before and after

I just tweaked this image from the Street Kings car show, and I'm really happy with the way it came out. This was my first attempt with editing different sections of the images differently. Shot with 10.2 MP Sony @200 DSLR on kit lens.

I will have full coverage of the car show this was at available on my site in the near future as well.

This way lies madness. Beware the great Valley of Time Suck.

If you shoot a thousand photos, cull half, and spend two minutes average each on the rest, you just blew two days processing shots from one show. Then you pick a couple dozen and your editor rejects most of them. Ugh.

I wonder if you could photoshop HP into my engine?

Believe me, I know of the time warp that is photo editing. This show was over two weeks ago and the coverage still isn't up. Luckily for me, or perhaps un-luckily, I am my own editor, so I just post everything I want to.
