I want to put a switch between the chime and the stock wiring...so when I detail the car I can have the keys in it and not have to unplug it entirely, I can just switch it off. Normally I would just unplug it and leave it that way(like I did in the last 3 Accents I've owned) but this chime is a lot nicer than the "fairy dinger" in the Accent and I wouldn't mind keeping it.



Hyundai Webtech(now Hyundai Tech Info) was completely non helpful...as always.



There are 3 green wires going to the chime plug, one ground(green with black stripes) and I assume 2 hot wires(one for the key sensor and one fore the door sensor?) Can someone either send me a link to the proper section on webtech...or the diagram itself? Or are there others who have looked at this that could......wait for it.....CHIME IN?
