I'm sure we are all familiar with the Zelda franchise. Ever since the beggining from the original Nintendo game, the 80's PBS cartoon, the Gamebody version, the Nintendo versions... I grew up with this franchise. In middle school, the Nintendo 64 version gratified me and this new Zelda seems to do more than that. Check out this gorgeous preview:

I no longer play videogames seriously. Maybe Gran Turismo, WRC, or Colin McRae Rally at a friends house to feed my speed drive... But I can't help something I and many others grew up with. Hell, the only reason I bought Gamecube was for the Resident Evil remake because the new movies were some rotten tomatoes (for those who didn't know, the director from Mortal Combat directed the movies, go figure).
Regardless, one look at that and I think you will be just as convinced as I am that this is sure to be another point for the scoreboard. Does anybody know the release date? IGN says 2005...
